Class 5 Delivery Driver – 20 to 26 ft Box Truck

Work location: Vaudreuil-Dorion, QC J7V 8P2
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Start time: 8:00 a.m. until deliveries are completed
Hours: Approximately 50 to 55 hours per week

Compensation

Payroll employee option:

- $22.00 per hour for the first 40 hours
- $31.50 per hour for overtime hours

Incorporated driver option:

- $24.00 per hour
- Approximately 50 to 55 hours per week

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Class 5 delivery driver to perform pickups and deliveries in Vaudreuil-Dorion and surrounding areas.

The driver will operate a 20 to 26 ft box truck equipped with a tailgate and electric pallet jack (jigger).

Responsibilities

- Complete pickups and deliveries according to the assigned route
- Load and unload freight using a tailgate and electric pallet jack
- Verify delivery documents and paperwork
- Collect signatures and proof of delivery
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Keep the truck clean and in good condition




- Report delays, damages, or operational issues immediately
- Provide professional customer service

Requirements

- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
- Minimum one year of verifiable pickup and delivery experience
- Experience driving 20 to 26 ft box trucks is required
- Experience using a tailgate and electric pallet jack
- Good driving record
- Ability to perform physical work
- Reliable, punctual, responsible, and professional
- Able to work independently
- Available Monday to Friday starting at 8:00 a.m.
