The Water Bar is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused team member to join our growing business. This position combines retail customer service with water delivery responsibilities, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people and staying active throughout the day.

As a Part-Time Sales & Service Representative, you will work 3-5 shifts per week (15 - 25 hours per week). Your primary responsibilities will include the following:

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assisting customers with U-fill water jug fill ups and provide carry out service
- Process cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately
- Answer questions related to water treatment (training provided)
- Selling water treatment products and services (training provided)
- Fill customer water containers and assist with carrying products when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Opening/closing duties, keep the store clean, well-stocked and neatly merchandised
- Receive and stock inventory, including lifting water bottles and bags of salt
- Schedule service appointments and water deliveries
- Deliver bottled water and related products to residential and commercial customers two days per week
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
- Complete delivery paperwork and maintain excellent customer service during deliveries
- Opening/closing duties, keep the store clean, well-stocked and neatly merchandised
- Other Duties and projects as assigned.





Minimum Qualifications:

· Flexibility to work shifts within retail hours of operation

· Must be able to work shifts between 9:00am – 6:00pm Monday-Friday and Saturdays 9:00am – 5:00pm

· Clean driving abstract

· Lift up to 50 pounds frequently

Who we are looking for:

Responsible, reliable & charismatic personality

1-year retail/sales experience identifying and selling products based on customer needs including; add-on sales, explaining warranties, product features, and benefits.

Previous experience in the water industry is a definite asset but not required

Quickbooks experience would be considered an asset but not required

Able to work independently once trained

Positive attitude, work ethic, strong interpersonal and valuable communication skills, both written and oral

Pleasant, professional, friendly customer service demeanour is a must

Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;

Computer literate with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, email & internet;

Flexibility to work shifts within retail hours of operation
