Relief Pharmacist – Northern British Columbia
Location: Northern BC, British Columbia
Contract Dates: September 1–30, 2026

Compensation: $100–$105/hour Shift Schedule:
Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Total Hours: 40–50 hours/week

About the Position
RPI Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Relief Pharmacist for a full-month contract in Northern BC. This is a supportive, team-focused role in a busy pharmacy requiring a licensed qualified proficient in the Kroll pharmacy management system.

Key Responsibilities
Dispense and verify 270–300 prescriptions per day with accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate effectively in a team-based environment with 3–4 overlapping pharmacists on shift.
Supervise and work alongside a team of 4–5 Pharmacy Assistants (PAs).
Provide high-quality patient consultations and clinical services.
Maintain compliance with all College of Pharmacists of BC standards and protocols.
Required Qualifications
Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license to practice in British Columbia.
Proven, hands-on experience with Kroll pharmacy software. (This is a requirement.)
Minimum of 2+ years of recent community pharmacy experience.




Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-player attitude.
Ability to adapt quickly and manage workflow in a high-volume setting.
Schedule & Team Support
Shifts: Consistent daytime/evening hours as listed above.
Team Structure: You will be part of a well-supported team with multiple pharmacist overlaps and a dedicated PA staff.
Contract: Straight-forward, one-month engagement with a clear start and end date.
