Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Team Member to join our restaurant team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring food quality, and maintaining a clean and efficient dining setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service, strong time management skills, and a passion for delivering a positive guest experience. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in food preparation, cashiering, and restaurant operations within a dynamic team setting.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve food items according to company standards and safety guidelines
- Operate POS systems for order processing and cash handling
- Greet customers warmly and assist with menu selections to enhance their dining experience
- Manage food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including upselling menu items when appropriate
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces in compliance with sanitation standards




- Support team members during busy periods by assisting with food preparation or serving as needed
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to customers, managing multiple tasks effectively through good time management skills

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
- Kitchen experience or food industry background is advantageous
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation, serving, and upselling

Pay: $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25.0 per week
