Summary

We are seeking a Warehouse Lumper to join our operations in Quebec. This role is vital in supporting our supply chain operations and ensuring efficient warehouse management to meet our company's high standards of excellence.

Responsibilities:

- Loading and unloading tires: Hand bomb (manually load and unload) tires for inbound and outbound loads
- Sorting and organizing: Sort, stage, and stack tires by item code, grouping them according to maximum pallet quantities and warehouse requirements.
- Palletizing and stacking:



Securely stack tires on pallet racks, apply shrink wrap for storage if required, and manually stack tires inside trailers for outbound shipments.
- Operating equipment: : Safely operate hand trucks, dollies, pallet jacks, and forklifts (Counterbalance and Reach truck) to move tires and pallets efficiently throughout the warehouse.
- Inspecting and verifying: Check tires for damage, defects, or missing parts, and ensure they match shipping documents. Daily equipment inspection required for operators.
- Light cleanup: Remove debris, empty packaging, or clear the dock area after unloading
- Following safety protocols: Work in compliance with warehouse safety rules, especially when handling heavy or hazardous materials.

Qualifications:

· Preferred Forklift Operator License.

· Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

· Familiarity with warehouse management systems and logistics processes.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Fluency in English & French

Morning Shift & Night Shift Needed

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
