Customer Service Representative - Work from Home

Pay Rate $19.00/hour

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming customer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers with reservations, schedule inquiries, cancellations, and changes.
- Respond to customer emails and general inquiries.
- Process bookings and payments using our reservation system.
- Resolve customer concerns while following company policies.
- Work closely with dispatch and operations to provide up-to-date travel information.
- Deliver outstanding customer service with every interaction.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Previous customer service or call centre experience.




- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional during busy periods.
- Solid problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Weekend availability is an asset.

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Education:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

- Customer Support & Client Services Occupations: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
