Duties

- Provide therapeutic massage treatments utilizing various techniques to address clients’ specific health concerns and promote relaxation
- Assess clients’ conditions through detailed consultations, understanding their medical history and current symptoms
- Maintain accurate, detailed treatment records in compliance with licensing and regulatory standards
- Educate clients on self-care practices and post-treatment recommendations to enhance results
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment by adhering to hygiene protocols and safety standards
- Schedule appointments efficiently, managing client flow to maximize service delivery and satisfaction
- Communicate clearly with clients about treatment plans, progress, and any necessary follow-up care

Experience





- Valid registration as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate licensing body in your region
- Proven experience delivering massage therapy services in a clinical or spa setting
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health conditions
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients
- Effective communication skills for explaining treatment procedures and listening attentively to client needs
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
