Accu-Staff is currently recruiting Heavy General Labourers for an industrial manufacturing facility. In this role, you'll play an important part in maintaining clean, safe, and efficient production areas by performing industrial cleaning and paint booth maintenance.

What You'll Be Doing

- Clean and maintain industrial paint booths, including walls, floors, equipment, and surrounding work areas
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, pressure washers, and industrial vacuums
- Perform heavy manual labour in a manufacturing environment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace throughout each shift
- Follow all company health and safety procedures, including the proper use of PPE
- Identify and report equipment issues or workplace hazards to your supervisor
- Complete cleaning tasks according to company procedures and quality standards

What We're Looking For

- Available to work a permanent midnight shift, Monday through Friday
- Physically able to perform repetitive, labour-intensive work, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to workplace safety




- Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Previous experience in industrial cleaning, manufacturing, warehouse, or general labour is an asset, but not required—we provide on-the-job training
