We're looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Car Sales Associate to join our growing team.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers in finding the right vehicle based on their needs and budget.
- Build rapport with customers and deliver an outstanding buying experience.
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives.
- Explain vehicle features, financing options, and available protection products.
- Follow up with leads through phone, text, email, and social media.
- Maintain relationships with previous customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Stay up to date on inventory, pricing, and promotions.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
- Work closely with the finance department to ensure smooth vehicle deliveries.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and customer communications.
- Represent the dealership professionally both in person and online.
What We're Looking For
- Previous automotive sales experience is an asset but not required—we're willing to train the right person.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, commission-based environment.
- Ability to build trust and create lasting customer relationships.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are an asset.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.
