- Operate cartoning line and case sealer; monitor for jams, misfeeds, or defects.
- Build and wrap stable pallets; apply pallet/shipping labels.
- Perform basic quality checks (case count, label accuracy, carton integrity).
- Keep packaging area, aisles, and staging zones clean and organized.
- Break down packaging waste and maintain recycling/waste stations.
- Assist with loading/unloading, inventory counts, and other general warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or packaging preferred.
- Able to lift 25–50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced production setting.
