Your Chance:

In Inventory/Stock Hand, you will help keep our operations supplied by shipping, receiving, and moving inventory. This is a physical role that will require you to lift heavy objects, drive vehicles, and work in a variety of conditions both inside and outdoors.

Responsibilities:

- Assemble orders and deliver the inventory to the various retail outlets, kitchen facilities, and other departments
- Pick-up and deliver material and supplies to and from various locations
- Unpack received goods and ensure they are placed into appropriate storage areas
- Rotate inventory items and monitor expiry dates of perishable items
- Accurately complete and verify inventory transfer documentation
- Verify inventory counts (stock-taking) as directed
- Maintain a safe, clean,



and orderly working environment; prevent slipping and other hazards; always wear appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety boots, work gloves, and cold weather gear
- Safely handle hazardous materials according to WorkSafeBC and industry standards
- Safely operate pallet jack, cardboard recycling bailer, elevator, and related stockroom machinery and equipment
- Safely operate Resort vehicles, including delivery truck, in variable weather conditions
- Complete other duties as directed.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

- Able to bend, kneel, walk distances, climb stairs, stand for long periods, and lift in excess of 23 kg/50 lbs
- Able to work outdoors for extended periods in variable weather including cold and wet conditions
- Grasp of basic computer skills: able to read and enter data, reply to emails, etc.
- Hold a valid class 5 drivers license or equivalent with negligible infractions as identified on drivers abstract.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage products and handling methods would be an asset.
