We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Workers / General Labourers to join our HVAC and Heating Systems manufacturing team. The successful candidates will assist with the assembly, production, packaging, and movement of heating and ventilation products while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

- Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of HVAC and heating system components

- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production facility
- Package finished products and prepare them for shipment
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and protected work environment
- Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies
- Support production targets and team objectives

Qualifications

- Previous manufacturing, assembly, production,



or general labour experience is an asset

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to work
