Parkview BMW has an immediate requirement for a full-time Receptionist/Greeter to join our successful dealership. In this key role, you will be the first point of contact with most of our customers when they enter the dealership. Your main role will be to greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and ensure that they receive the assistance they require.

Qualifications

- 5 years receptionist experience
- Ability to engage positively with people in person and on the telephone, always leaving a welcoming and professional first impression of the dealership
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel
- Organized and accurate, with excellent multi-tasking skills
- Attention to detail
- Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings and Saturdays

Responsibilities

- Welcoming customers and visitors into the dealership with a friendly and professional manner.



Assess their needs and answer their inquiries or guide them to the appropriate member of our team
- Routing customers to Sales Consultants without delay, while ensuring that all sales representatives receive a fair rotation of sales prospects and clients
- Performing service customer's transactions
- Various administrative duties as assigned
- Maintain tidiness and organization of the reception and customer waiting area

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.60-$19.60 per hour
