IHUBApp is hiring an Account Executive to drive growth through a mix of inbound and outbound sales. You'll own the full sales cycle-from first conversation to close-running discovery calls, delivering product demos, and building proposals that match customer needs. You'll also work closely with Implementation and Customer Success to ensure a smooth handoff and strong customer experience after the deal is signed.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing.

- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline by following up consistently on inbound leads and generating outbound opportunities.

- Qualify prospects, identify pain points, and position IHUBApp based on real use cases (community engagement, internal communication, events, content, and updates).

- Prepare quotes and proposals, clarify scope and expectations, and guide stakeholders to decision.

- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date (activity, notes, deal stages)



and provide reliable forecasts.

- Coordinate with Implementation/Customer Success to ensure clean handoffs, clear timelines, and aligned customer expectations.

- Capture product feedback from the field and share insights with internal teams to improve messaging and fit.

Qualifications

- 2-5+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS (AE role or proven SDR-to-AE progression).

- Strong demo and discovery skills with confidence handling objections and negotiating.

- Organized, goal-driven, and consistent with follow-up and pipeline management.

- Explicit written and verbal communication with a professional, consultative style.

- Experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is an asset.
