Côte Café is hiring baristas for both our Downtown and new Plateau locations!

We're looking for an experienced, motivated barista who is passionate
about coffee, hospitality, and working as part of a small, supportive

- Plateau – Sherbrooke / Saint-Laurent Metro

location or are interested in working at both.

LANGUAGES

- Fluency in both French and English is required.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Prepare high-quality espresso-based beverages, including lattes,
- cappuccinos, and other specialty drinks.
- Take customer orders and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Maintain a clean and organized café throughout your shift.
- Answer customer questions and recommend coffees, beans, and brewing equipment.
- Sell specialty coffee beans and retail products.
- Work closely with a small team to provide an exceptional café experience.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous barista experience in a high-volume café is essential.
- Robust espresso skills.
- Latte art is a major asset.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Fluency in French and English.
- A valid Canadian Social Insurance Number (SIN).
- Flexible availability is an asset.

HOURS
Our cafés are open 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with approximately 1–1.5 hours
required after closing for cleanup and closing duties. Applicants




should be able to reliably work early morning opening shifts if
scheduled.

COMPENSATION

- $16.60–$26/hour, depending on experience.
- Tip sharing.

 Souci du détail.

 Français et anglais.

 NAS valide.

 Disponibilités flexibles (atout).

Horaire

Le café est ouvert de 6 h à 18 h. Prévoir environ 1 à 1,5 heure supplémentaire pour la

fermeture. Les quarts d'ouverture tôt le matin doivent être possibles.

Rémunération

 16,60 $ à 26 $/h selon l’expérience.
