The Role

We’re looking for a Shift Supervisor to lead high-volume service across both bar and front of house. This is a hands-on role for someone who can manage flow, support the team, and maintain strong execution across all areas of the café.

What You’ll Do

- Lead the Shift: Ensure smooth, efficient service across both the bar and front of house.
- Drive Efficiency: Maintain strong service flow, speed, and order accuracy during peak periods.
- Support Execution: Assist with beverage production while actively overseeing overall floor operations.
- Coach & Mentor: Guide and support team members to consistently meet service and product standards.
- Manage the Floor: Oversee floor coverage and adjust staffing dynamically based on volume.
- Uphold Standards: Maintain impeccable cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the shift.
- Elevate the Experience: Handle guest concerns proactively and ensure a consistently positive guest experience.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience: 2+ years in a high-volume café or hospitality environment.
- Leadership: Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is strongly preferred.
- Adaptability: A solid ability to multitask,



manage busy service periods, and keep a cool head.
- Versatility: Confident execution across both bar and front of house operations.
- Communication: Clear communicator with strong interpersonal and team leadership skills.
- Availability: Flexible schedule required, including weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
