Compensation

- 55–60% commission on services (based on experience)
- Product commission available
- Guaranteed hourly while you build, discussed during interview
- Strong earning potential for motivated stylists in a busy environment

(Top performers earn the equivalent of $25–35+/hr)

Your Role

As a key member of our team, you’ll do more than cut and colour — you’ll curate experiences.

- Artistic Execution: Precision cuts, bespoke colour services, and polished styling
- Guest Connection: Thoughtful consultations and expert hair-care guidance
- Business Growth: Recommending professional retail and add-on services




- Studio Excellence: Supporting the overall guest experience alongside the front-of-house team when needed
- Trend Awareness: Staying current with techniques, tools, and industry direction

What You Bring to the Chair

- Strong technical skills in cutting, colouring, and texturizing
- Excellent communication and the ability to build long-term guest relationships
- Professionalism and a team-first mindset
- Comfort with retail recommendations and client education
- Experience: Minimum 5 years preferred
- Retail or front-desk experience is a plus, not a requirement
