Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist with fueling their vehicles efficiently and accurately
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for cash handling, sales transactions, and receipts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station, including the convenience store area if applicable
- Provide product information and conduct product demos to promote sales of merchandise and convenience items
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure proper merchandising standards are met
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including balancing cash register at shift end
- Uphold safety protocols by monitoring the premises, conducting routine inspections,



and reporting hazards or incidents promptly

Skills

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse communities
- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, merchandising, and daily tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills for cash handling, change calculation, and transaction processing
- Customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks in a busy environment
- Knowledge of POS systems and familiarity with merchandising standards is a plus
- Ability to upsell products through effective communication and product knowledge
- Phone etiquette skills for handling inquiries professionally
