Duties

- Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring comfort and natural-looking results for each client
- Shape, tint, and design brows to complement individual facial features and preferences
- Deliver outstanding customer service by listening carefully to client needs and providing expert recommendations
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and processing payments
- Upsell retail products such as lash care kits, brow gels, and other beauty essentials to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
- Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace adhering to health and safety standards at all times




- Build lasting relationships with clients through personalized consultations and follow-up communication

Qualifications

- Proven experience in eyelash extensions application and brow artistry
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell effectively without pressure
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain procedures and product benefits
- Exceptional customer service attitude with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently at the front desk while maintaining attention to detail in beauty services
- Knowledge of current beauty trends and techniques in eyelash extensions and brow shaping
- Certification or training in eyelash extension application is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
