Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated, professional, and client-focused Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is driven, polished, and passionate about delivering an exceptional automotive experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist clients in a professional and consultative manner
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up and customer care
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate Hyundai models and options




- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and client communication
- Coordinate with the Finance & Insurance department to ensure seamless delivery
- Participate in dealership and manufacturer training programs
- Support dealership marketing initiatives and community events

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Self-motivated with a solid work ethic
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- OMVIC license is an asset
