This is a full time permanent Dialysis RN position within a hospital-affiliated dialysis program.

Position Details

- Full-time permanent role
- Direct hire with the employer
- Dialysis RN position
- Three-year commitment required
- Nurses may rotate between multiple dialysis clinics within the same healthcare system in the local area

Requirements

- Active Canadian RN license
- NCLEX-RN passed
- Canadian citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years of recent Dialysis RN experience required





Registered Nurse Responsibilities

- Provide safe and compassionate care to patients receiving hemodialysis treatments
- Assess patients before, during, and after dialysis procedures
- Monitor vital signs, lab values, and patient responses throughout treatment
- Administer medications and manage dialysis access sites according to protocol
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle modifications
- Collaborate with nephrologists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold infection prevention and patient safety standards
