Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Manager, Intelligent Automation & Orchestration (10+ years) to lead enterprise automation and AI-enabled orchestration using RPA, AI/ML, GenAI, and workflow orchestration

Join a high-impact AI CoE initiative focused on evolving enterprise automation into a product-driven, AI-enabled orchestration capability.

This role leads end-to-end automation delivery across Automation, Applied ML, and GenAI pods while driving scalable, production-ready solutions integrated across enterprise systems and workflows.

The position combines product roadmap ownership, platform alignment, governance, and technical leadership across automation and AI platforms.

This opportunity supports enterprise-scale initiatives within a financial services setting.

Must Haves

- 10+ years in automation, enterprise technology, or digital delivery with expertise in RPA and workflow orchestration
- AI/ML, GenAI, and end-to-end production integration delivery
- APIs, enterprise integration, Azure architectures, CI/CD, and production support
- Python, VB.NET, C#, and SQL programming




- Certified Professional Specialized AI Professional Certification or Certified Professional Automation Developer

Nice to Have

- Experience with UiPath Orchestrator
- Experience with Power Automate
- Experience with Databricks
- Experience with T24 and CRM systems
- Experience with queue management and scheduling

Responsibilities

- Own the automation product roadmap aligned to business value, ROI, user impact, and scalability
- Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of automation solutions
- Define and execute enterprise automation strategy aligned to AI CoE priorities
- Build reusable automation and orchestration patterns across workflows and system integration
- Lead vendor and platform oversight across automation and AI platforms
- Ensure automation solutions meet organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and security standards
- Lead and develop automation engineers and developers across the Intelligent Automation pod
