**Job Title: Electrician**

**Job Description**

This role focuses on reactive and preventative maintenance of production machinery, primarily CNC lathes and mills, within a clean and modern industrial facility.

You will diagnose and resolve electrical issues, perform PLC troubleshooting, and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.

While the core focus is on production equipment, you may occasionally support facility maintenance activities, particularly in preparation for customer tours.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform reactive maintenance on production machinery, including CNC lathes and mills, to minimize downtime and keep operations running smoothly.
+ Carry out preventative maintenance on CNC equipment and other production machinery to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan.
+ Troubleshoot PLCs to identify and resolve electrical and control-related issues, ensuring machines operate reliably and safely.
+ Diagnose electrical problems in industrial equipment, including wiring, controls, and related components, and implement effective solutions.
+ Conduct inspections and testing of electrical systems on production machinery to identify potential issues before they impact operations.
+ Support limited facility maintenance tasks as needed, particularly in preparation for customer tours, to ensure the facility presents a clean, organized, and professional appearance.

**Essential Skills**

+ Licensed electrician with 5+ years of experience (442A or 309A).
+ Proven ability to troubleshoot PLCs, including experience with Allen-Bradley and Siemens platforms.
+ Hands-on experience maintaining CNC machines in an industrial maintenance capacity.
+ Strong electrical troubleshooting skills in an industrial environment, including wiring, controls, and power distribution.
+ Demonstrated ability to perform both reactive and preventative maintenance on production machinery.
+ Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation.
+ Commitment to working safely and adhering to applicable electrical standards and codes.
