LOCATION: Centennial Carstar Moncton, Moncton, New Brunswick

HOURS: Full time, 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

WAGES: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour + benefits. (Negotiable based on experience)

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

- Be the face of Carstar Moncton, greeting every customer with a friendly smile and professional care

- Manage incoming inquiries and phone calls with efficiency and a helpful attitude

- Managing rental reservations, vehicle pick-ups, returns, and payment processing

- Explaining rental options, policies, and vehicle features





- Act as a key liaison between customers and insurance companies to provide timely repair updates

- Shuttle customers, and run errands as required.

- Support the shop team by managing administrative tasks, invoices, and sublet coordination

- Proactively solve problems to ensure a stress-free experience for every visitor

- Take pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and organized reception environment

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

- Robust customer service and communication skills

- Friendly, professional, and positive attitude

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

- Comfortable using computers and learning new software

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Previous customer service or administrative experience is considered an asset

- Valid Canadian driver's license required.
