Duties

- Prepare pizza ingredients such as dough, sauces, toppings, and cheese with precision and efficiency
- Cook pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency in flavor and presentation
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area
- Assist with food preparation tasks for other menu items as needed to support overall restaurant operations
- Serve customers at the counter or via takeout orders with friendly, prompt service
- Maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management of shortages or issues




- Follow all safety protocols related to food safety, sanitation, and kitchen equipment operation

Qualifications

- Prior experience in food preparation or cooking within a restaurant or food industry setting is highly preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Experience with meal preparation and kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of serving procedures and customer service principles
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items safely, and work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations or previous kitchen experience is advantageous
