Is this role right for you?
In this role you will:
- Lead a customer-focused culture to deepen relationships and leverage broader bank capabilities
- Drive adoption of project initiation, prioritization, and business case processes
- Lead HR Divisional PMO governance function and partner with Enterprise PMO (EPMO)
- Ensure compliance with project governance gates (prioritization, approvals, PIR, perks validation)
- Oversee monthly portfolio reporting to Global HR Steering Committee, highlighting risks and mitigation
- Collaborate with HR leadership on annual portfolio planning and prioritization
- Provide financial and governance guidance to project managers and leads
- Continuously improve portfolio monitoring and reporting using financial data insights
- Maintain knowledge of Enterprise Delivery Framework updates and tools
- Manage HR Services OPEX including FTE forecasting and expense approvals
- Promote effective risk management aligned with the Bank’s risk culture
- Build and lead a high-performing, inclusive team with a focus on development, succession, and engagement
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
We'd love to work with you if you have:
- 5+ years managing and forecasting department budgets (Capex/Opex)
- 5+ years in financial analysis and reporting (CPA, CFA considered an asset)
- 5+ years in project portfolio planning and management (prioritization, capacity planning, cost estimating)
- Advanced analytical and executive presentation skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
- 3+ years in program/project governance methodologies
- Knowledge of project lifecycle (PMP or similar certification is an asset)
