A growing commercial mechanical contractor in Calgary is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team.

What You'll Do

- Oversee multiple commercial construction projects from operational, administrative, and leadership perspectives

- Ensure projects remain on schedule, on budget, and aligned with productivity and profitability goals

- Lead and support Site Superintendents and Foremen throughout project execution

- Coordinate labour, materials, communication, and workflow across projects

- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders

- Support estimating and tendering efforts for upcoming projects





- Act as a professional representative of the organization in all project interactions

What We're Looking For

- Direct experience managing commercial construction projects in Calgary

- Strong Plumbing or HVAC industry background

- Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

- Ability to drive accountability, timelines, and operational execution

- Existing industry relationships or contacts within the Calgary market considered a strong asset

- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
