Skills and Requirements
- Crusher Tower and Loader operator experience an asset
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to prevent breakdowns
- Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment for assembly, repairs, or modifications
- Assist with the setup and changeover of production lines or machinery as needed
- Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment safely to move materials
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and quality standards
- Document operational data and report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors
- Ability to follow directions as well as work independently
- Able to work long hours and shift work might be required
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
Qualifications
- Crusher Tower and Loader experience an asset.
- Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in machining, assembly, welding, or using hand tools
- Ability to operate various heavy equipment safely and efficiently
