- Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Develop and maintain cloud-based data solutions using AWS and up-to-date big data technologies.
- Support data integration, performance optimization, and platform reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of data engineering best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT experience, including 4+ years working with Big Data technologies.
- Strong experience with AWS services and Snowflake.
- Proficiency in Python, Scala, Java, or Shell scripting.
- Experience building and optimizing ETL pipelines and data warehouse solutions.
- Knowledge of Spark, Hive, SQL, and Agile development practices.
- Experience with Kafka, Terraform, or Ansible is considered an asset.
