Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for technology and sales, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. This role involves engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and supporting sales initiatives to enhance the shopping experience. Bilingual abilities and technical sales experience are highly valued to effectively serve a diverse clientele. The Sales Assistant plays a vital role in merchandising, upselling, and ensuring smooth store operations while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

- Assist customers with domestic and international shipping.
- Pack items professionally and recommend appropriate packing solutions.
- Process shipments, returns, mailbox rentals, and other store services.
- Design, prepare, and print business cards, flyers, brochures, posters, banners, and other marketing materials.
- Operate digital printing and finishing equipment.
- Answer customer inquiries in person,



by phone, and by email.
- Handle cash, POS transactions, and daily store operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.

Experience

- Previous experience working at a The UPS Store is REQUIRED.
- Experience using UPS shipping systems and store operations.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience with wide-format printing and finishing equipment.
- Knowledge of graphic design and print production.
- Sales experience and the ability to upsell products and services.
