Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for a Project Coordinator located in Edmonton. The Project Coordinator will assist in the management of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they meet all specifications, requirements, and timelines. The Coordinator will work closely with the Project Manager, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Qualifications

- Project management skills, including planning,



implementation, and evaluation
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes
- Understanding of project budgets, financial forecasting, and risk management
- Technical proficiency in MS Office and project management software
- Construction Engineering Technology (CET) or equivalent experience in construction management, engineering, or related fields
- Experience in managing construction projects, preferably in multifamily & commercial
- Certifications in project management or construction management are an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
