Felichia Bridal is a curated, fashion-forward bridal boutique offering an elevated, personalized experience for modern brides.

We are seeking a Bridal Consultant / Stylist who is confident in sales, highly organized, and able to work independently in a client-focused environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both styling and responsibility—balancing client experience, store presentation, and daily operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Bridal Sales & Styling

- Independently manage bridal appointments from start to finish
- Provide personalized styling and confidently guide brides to a decision
- Build relationships and follow up with clients after appointments

Store Operations & Presentation

- Maintain a clean, organized, luxury showroom at all times
- Steam gowns, reset fitting rooms, and ensure all displays are presentation-ready
- Proactively complete tasks during downtime without supervision
- Assist in Marketing operations and social media related tasks independently

Client Communication

- Follow up with undecided brides and maintain client relationships
- Confirm appointments and respond to inquiries via email and social media

Content & Brand Support

- Capture simple content (Instagram stories, behind-the-scenes moments)
- Assist with social media posting and engagement

Requirements

- Previous experience in sales or customer service (bridal/fashion preferred)




- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently without supervision
- Proactive mindset — able to identify and complete tasks during downtime
- Weekend availability required

Important

This is a fast-paced, client-facing role that requires strong time management and accountability. Tasks are tracked and expected to be completed within assigned timelines.

Compensation is composed of hourly rate + commission (with some criteria)
