We are looking for a motivated, friendly, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our retail store team. If you enjoy interacting with customers and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases.
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships.
- Process sales, payments, exchanges, and returns accurately.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Restock merchandise and maintain product displays.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
Requirements
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset (training will be provided).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment.
- Must be available to work weekends and flexible shifts as required.
Language Requirements
English is required.
Candidates who can also speak Malayalam or Telugu are strongly preferred, as these language skills will help us better serve our customers.
