Legacy Personnel is currently seeking two Painted Parts Inspectors/Rework Associates for a temporary production assignment lasting approximately 6–8 weeks.

The successful candidates will inspect painted plastic parts for quality concerns and complete rework, including buffing, as required. Previous experience with automotive paint, painted plastic parts, buffing, polishing, sanding or quality inspection is strongly preferred.

Job Duties:

- Inspect painted plastic parts for defects and quality concerns
- Buff and rework parts that do not meet quality standards
- Handle finished parts carefully to prevent damage
- Follow work instructions and production requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Meet daily quality and production expectations

Schedule:

- Primarily day shift
- Candidates must be prepared to rotate shifts depending on production requirements
- Monday to Friday
- Possible overtime and weekend work
- Must have flexible availability

Pay:

- $18.00 per hour
- Additional $1.50 per hour shift premium for afternoon shifts

Contract Length:

- Approximately 6–8 weeks




- Possibility of additional work may depend on production requirements

Start Date:

- As soon as possible, depending on candidate availability and onboarding

Qualifications:

- Paint, buffing, sanding, polishing or painted-part inspection experience is preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to identify defects and follow quality standards
- Reliable attendance and transportation
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Available for possible shift rotation, overtime and weekend work
