Monday to Friday work shifts, from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm.

What are the duties to perform:

- Prepare diverse ingredients, sauces, and baked goods
- Weigh, measure, and portion ingredients
- Wash, peel, and cut foods for cooking or serving
- Receive, store, and organize food supplies in storage areas
- Transport food supplies, equipment, and utensils
- Chop ingredients following the Chef's instructions
- Alforno Bakery & Cafe is a special place for food, bread, pastry, and coffee lovers passionate about creating a bigger meaning and culture behind the Alforno brand
