Our financial services client is seeking a Senior CRM Developer to design and enhance Microsoft Dynamics solutions for internal banking operations
As the successful candidate, you will support the configuration, enhancement, and technical analysis of Microsoft Dynamics applications driving supervisory portfolios.
This engagement offers visibility across multiple internal client groups and provides opportunities to improve technical service delivery efficiency.
Initial 1 year contract prospect with strong possibility of extension (% Remote in EST).
The successful candidate will need to have spent a minimum of 5+ years in the country to be eligible for security clearance.
7.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and configuration of core Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications
- Analyze, design, and implement enhancements aligned with business requirements
- Maintain collaborative relationships with internal clients and external counterparts
- Perform technical and root-cause analysis on issues and recommend corrective actions
- Create documentation, testing plans, and populate knowledge databases
- Identify and implement service delivery improvements to enhance efficiency and capacity
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements during application support and maintenance
Must Haves
- Minimum 5 years of development experience with Microsoft Dynamics /CRM (version or greater)
- Minimum 5 years working with JavaScript and C# in Visual Studio
- Experience with Microsoft .NET Framework and Swagger for Web API services
- Experience writing scripts using PowerShell and managing source control systems including TFS, SVN, or CVS
Nice to Have
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services such as Front Door, APIM, B2C, and Power Apps
- University degree or college diploma in computer science or equivalent experience
