? About the Role

We’re hiring a Conversion Optimization Specialist to turn traffic into revenue for high-growth DTC brands.

In this role, you’ll own landing page and funnel testing across multiple Shopify-based stores—helping brands scale faster by turning insights into real results.

This is a full-time role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows what makes a page convert.

You’ll collaborate with a lean, creative team where your tests don’t just sit in a backlog — they go live.

? What You’ll Do

You’ll drive CRO strategy and execution across several DTC brands by:

- Owning the CRO roadmap across Shopify-based brands

- Designing and running A/B tests on offers, pricing, layout, copy, and UX changes

- Auditing landing pages, PDPs, and checkout flows to identify friction points

- Prioritizing tests based on traffic, goals, and lift potential

- Using tools like Replo, Intelligems, and Shopify analytics to gather insights

- Sharing results with clear recommendations—whether to retest, roll out, or scale up

- Partnering with design, dev, and media teams to launch tests quickly and cleanly

✅ What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a data-driven optimizer who can balance creativity with execution.

You’ll bring:

- 3+ years of experience in CRO,



growth, or performance marketing

- Proven success working with Shopify or DTC eCommerce brands

- Strong understanding of funnels, user behavior, and conversion psychology

- Excellent communication and project management skills

- Familiarity with Shopify, Replo (or other landing page builders), and Intelligems (or other A/B test platforms)

- Experience with SaaS landing page optimization

- Hands-on testing in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands

- Strong UX design sensibility
