Our Government client is seeking an experienced Oracle CX Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Sales & Service Fusion Cloud.

The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in CRM systems, business process analysis, and Agile delivery, with the ability to translate business needs into functional solutions that enhance customer and service experiences.

Start Date: July 7,

End Date: July 30,

Hours per Week: 37.5

Work Location: Remote

Must Haves

- 5+ yearsas a Functional Consultant in complex enterprise environments.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with CRM systems, ideally Oracle Sales & Service Fusion Cloud.
- Proven expertise in Oracle Sales & Service Cloud configuration and customization.
- Strong understanding of CRM workflows, service processes, and business rules.




- Proficiency in Azure DevOps for backlog and test management.
- Solid experience with functional/regression testing, test cycles, and defect tracking.

Nice to Have Skills

- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Knowledge of Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI reporting.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs within Oracle CX.
- Familiarity with security management in Oracle Cloud environments.
- DevOps or CI/CD experience.
- Previous experience working with government organizations.
- Relevant Oracle Functional Consultant or CRM certifications.
