About The Role
We are seeking a licensed 433A Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Stratford, Ontario.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical equipment to ensure secure, efficient, and reliable operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery
Troubleshoot and repair pumps, motors, hydraulics, gearboxes, and related systems
Read and interpret mechanical schematics and technical drawings
Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency repairs
Document maintenance activities using EAM/CMMS systems
Adhere to all safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
Valid 433A Certificate of Qualification (Industrial Mechanic – Millwright)
3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
Strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities.
Welding, rigging, hoists, and pipe fitting experience considered an asset.
