Glow The Event Store is looking for energetic, creative, and customer-loving individuals to join our seasonal team as a Retail Sales Supervisor. Our showroom retail store is a vibrant hub filled with balloons, fireworks, concessions, candles, costumes, and all things celebration. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, fun setting where no two days are the same, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

- Create magical balloon designs, including garlands, arches, bouquets, sculptures, and custom décor for events such as birthdays, weddings, and corporate celebrations
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find the perfect products
- Support retail sales by assisting with customer orders, offering recommendations, and upselling add-ons
- Assist with planning, organizing, and assembling firework displays (training provided)
- Operate the cash register and process payments accurately using a POS system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
- Work closely with a creative and collaborative team to meet daily and seasonal goals




- Assist with general store tasks including restocking, setup, and cleanup as needed

What We’re Looking For:

- A friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service and communication skills
- Creative ability, especially an interest in balloon design or event décor, is a strong asset
- Comfort handling cash and learning POS systems
- Ability to thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment
- Reliable availability on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays
- Previous retail or creative experience is an asset, but training will be provided

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
