Position Overview
We’re hiring full-time team members for the summer season to manage dock operations and lead guided kayak/SUP tours. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys working outdoors, stays calm under pressure, and can handle both customers and equipment efficiently.

What You’ll Do

- Manage daily kayak and SUP rentals (check-ins, waivers, customer flow)
- Launch and receive equipment safely from the dock
- Deliver explicit safety briefings and basic paddling instruction
- Lead guided tours in Crescent beach (including occasional evening shifts)
- Monitor weather, tides, and water conditions for safe operations
- Maintain equipment, docks, and overall site organization
- Handle customer questions and ensure a smooth, professional experience

What We’re Looking For





- Comfortable and confident on the water (kayak/SUP experience required)
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work long outdoor shifts
- Available full-time, including weekends and peak summer periods
- Physically fit (lifting, moving equipment, being on feet for long hours)

Nice to Have (Not Required)

- Paddle Canada certification or similar
- First Aid certification
- Previous experience in guiding, rentals, or outdoor operations

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $18.25-$20.60 per hour
