About the role

Magic Windows & Doors is hiring an Inbound Sales Coordinator to run the phones and keep our 30-person outside sales team booked right. You'll take inbound calls from prospective customers, qualify them, and match each one to the right rep — juggling geography, workload, and scheduling in real time. It's less "appointment setter," more air traffic control: every booking is a small judgment call, and you're the one holding the whole picture together.

We work toward team goals, not individual quotas, so this is a collaborative role, not a competitive one.

What you'll do

- Answer inbound calls from prospective customers and qualify leads against our booking criteria
- Match leads to the right rep based on location, availability, and workload
- Make quick calls to avoid scheduling conflicts (e.g., back-to-back appointments too far apart)
- Follow up by phone, text, and email
- Keep our CRM accurate and current
- Help the team hit shared booking goals

What you'll need

- At least 1 year in a phone-based role — call centre, inside sales, customer service, or retail
- Comfortable being on the phone for most of your shift
- A knack for keeping a lot of moving pieces straight without losing the thread




- Good judgment under pressure — you can weigh a few factors and make a call
- Reliable transportation to our Woodbridge office
- CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus, not required

Schedule

Full-time, in-person in Woodbridge, working Saturday through Wednesday (Thursday and Friday off).
