Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Coordinator to oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of construction processes, and proficiency with industry-specific software. This role is essential in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. The Site Coordinator will serve as a key point of contact between project teams, subcontractors, and clients, facilitating effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Duties

- Coordinate daily construction activities in office, ensuring adherence to project schedules and safety protocols
- Supervise subcontractors and construction crews, providing guidance and oversight to maintain quality standards
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate implementation
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 for project tracking, documentation, and reporting
- Monitor project budgets and assist with construction estimating to control costs effectively
- Conduct quality control inspections to verify work meets specifications and safety regulations




- Manage procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project progress
- Facilitate communication among architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to resolve issues promptly
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including change orders, RFIs, and progress reports

Skills

- Proficiency with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and other relevant tools
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating processes
- Supervising experience in a construction environment with proven leadership abilities
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and safety standards in construction projects
- Ability to manage budgets effectively and perform cost analysis
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and scheduling
- Effective communication skills for coordinating teams and stakeholders
- Familiarity with construction management principles including schematics interpretation and project planning

Pay: $30.00-$45.84 per hour
