Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Operate and troubleshoot arcade machines to ensure they are functioning properly
- Assist guests with game instructions, rules, and prize redemption processes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the arcade area, including game stations and surrounding spaces
- Handle cash transactions accurately for game credits, prizes, or food sales when applicable
- Engage with guests through friendly conversation, public speaking,
and promoting upcoming events or specials
Experience
- Prior experience working with children in a recreational or educational setting is preferred, but not required
- Strong communication skills to confidently speak with diverse guest groups
- Proven customer service background
- Experience handling cash transactions accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
