Hodgson Contracting Ltd. is currently accepting applications for the position of general labourer.

Applicants with previous experience working in a mechanics shop setting, operating light picker units, pulling trailers, and loading/unloading equipment are encouraged to apply.

This is a position that requires someone who is flexible and enjoys doing something different each day.

Some of the duties included are: Labour work both in the shop/yard and field, assisting mechanics, washing trucks and equipment, hot shots, operating trucks, trailers, and light equipment such as skid steer, tractor, side x side, wash truck, etc.

Wage is dependent on experience and skillset. Overtime available.

Advancements opportunities include HD mechanic apprenticeship, equipment operating and truck driving.

Applicants must reside locally within the Drayton Valley area and have a class 5 license with reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
