Rangeland RV & Trailer Sales is one of Western Canada's premier RV dealerships, proudly serving customers for over 25 years. We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Red Deer Sales Team and help take our dealership to the next level.

What You'll Do

As our Sales Manager, you will lead the daily operations of the sales department while motivating and developing a team focused on excellence.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading, coaching, and mentoring a high-performing sales team
- Driving sales performance and achieving monthly and annual targets
- Assisting with deal structuring, negotiations, and closing sales
- Training and developing sales staff to maximize performance
- Ensuring sales processes and paperwork are accurate and efficient
- Working collaboratively with our Finance, Service, Parts, and Administrative teams
- Monitoring inventory, customer satisfaction, and sales metrics
- Creating a positive, energetic culture built on accountability and success




- Continuously improving dealership performance and customer experience

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

- An experienced Sales Manager or sales leader
- Previous RV, automotive, powersports, or other dealership experience is considered a strong asset
- A confident leader who motivates others to succeed
- Self-motivated, organized, and highly driven
- Passionate about coaching people and building winning teams
- Skilled, positive, and customer-focused
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

Pay: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
