As a Team Member, you will be the friendly face behind the counter, delivering exceptional food service while ensuring cleanliness, safety, and efficiency. Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of Thai Roll ice cream desserts and Smash burgers with precision and care, following established recipes and food safety standards.
- Operate POS to process transactions accurately, handle cash and credit payments, and issue receipts.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, upselling menu items to enhance sales, and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and equipment in accordance with health regulations.
- Assist with food handling tasks including bussing tables, restocking supplies,



and ensuring food quality meets company standards.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality or safety.
- Support team members in daily operations to create a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits.

Experience

- Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
- Experience working in quick service or rapid food restaurants will help you thrive in this dynamic setting.
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques is highly valued.
- Strong communication skills combined with excellent customer service abilities are essential for success.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy are important.
- Restaurant or café experience will give you an edge in understanding fast-paced food industry demands.
