Duties

- Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of customer service.
- Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to foster a motivated and skilled workforce.
- Manage inventory purchasing, merchandising, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment to maximize sales opportunities.
- Oversee cash handling, cashiering activities, payroll processing, and bookkeeping to maintain financial accuracy.
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and develop action plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations,



and store procedures at all times.

Skills

- Strong leadership with proven supervising experience in retail environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and engage customers effectively.
- Proficiency in POS (Point of Sale) systems, cash handling, and basic math for accurate transactions.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse customer bases.
- Skilled in negotiation, purchasing, merchandising, pricing strategies, and marketing techniques.
- Adept at recruiting, interviewing, training & development of staff, and team management.
- Exceptional organizational skills with time management expertise to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Experience with budgeting, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and administrative responsibilities.
