Anderson Craft Ales Ltd. is a family-owned craft brewery opening in London, Ontario. We have a passion for making (and drinking) excellent beer, and are looking for another like-minded individual to join our team.
We are looking for experienced candidates to add to our kitchen team. Shifts include days, evenings and weekends. Versatility on the line cooking a variety of foods, foundation of food safety, preparation and cleanliness is a must. Our focus is quality, consistency and pride in the product we deliver.
Candidates must be able to lift up to 50lbs, and stand for long periods of time. Resumes must have relevant experience in the service industry. Culinary schooling is not required but encouraged. Benefits include tip out on a biweekly basis.
Line Cooks duties include but are not limited to;
Preparing and cooking food to order
Ensuring quality and consistency of orders
Active communication between team members and customers
Ensuring cleanliness of the kitchen and storage spaces
Cleaning dishes, equipment and utensils
Receiving orders and ensuring quality
Proper recording on a variety of items
This position will be part time and hourly.
