Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas within our establishment. This position is essential in ensuring that guests have a comfortable and pleasant experience during their stay.

Responsibilities

- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, to meet hotel standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and restock supplies such as toiletries and towels.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors in guest rooms and common areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment is used safely and stored properly after use.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed to maintain inventory of clean linens.




- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.

Experience

- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred.
- A background in hospitality or industrial cleaning is a plus.
- Solid attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
- A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service to guests.
